It's always hotter on the other side of the fence

One of the things I've craved & missed enjoying on Calypso was pizza.

Builders didn't install electric ovens on "weekender" boats back in 1985 when my tub first floated, so I made do with frozen "microwaveable pizza" (another oxymoron) whenever the urge struck.

That is, until yesterday ... when I installed this 120-volt Princess (why oh why couldn't it be called a Pirate instead?) range.

But remember what they say about the grass always looking greener ...

All I'm saying is, try running the oven for 45 minutes inside a boat- one that's no larger than a minivan- when it's 95 F degrees outside.

Pizza? Who needs it.
:-)

Have a Great Weekend!
