Dropping the Most Powerful F-bomb of all

OK, so sometimes why do we think it's cool (or appropriate) to use profanity or vulgarity?

Does it come from an urge fit in, or to appear "real," or urgent, "in-touch" and earthy?  Does the world really have that kind of hold on our speech, and on how we express our thoughts with others?

What was Christ's message all about anyway?

Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.
- Acts 13:38

In anger his master turned him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed. This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart.
- Matthew 13:34-35

If you forgive anyone, I also forgive him. And what I have forgiven—if there was anything to forgive—I have forgiven in the sight of Christ for your sake

- 2 Corinthians 2:10
