While prowling around the local dollar discount store yesterday I found a $39.95 bottle of Chemi-Tan indoor tanning lotion marked down to a dollar. The label said "Imported from Kazakistan" so I felt confident last night about applying the entire bottle in a one sitting to achieve a deep, overnight 'summer-on-the-Caspian-sea-look' tan.
After all it only cost a buck for 12 ounces.
This morning I took another look at the label and noticed
Expiration Date 04/2002. If expired dispose of this product according to Federal regulations. Do not burn or incincerate. May cause burns, irritation or severe skin rash if not used according to instructions. Do not apply more than once in any 3 month period. Use only as directed. Take this container with you and seek medical help immediately if product is inadvertently applied to face, neck or other sensitive areas.
Ah well, what's the worst that could happen?
