If Dogs Could Talk

People who've grown especially close to their dogs report having frequent dreams about their pets, including life-like episodes in which their faithful companion suddenly has the ability to talk and express its feelings.

Here's a few things Luke's said in mine:

How come we gotta watch what you wanna watch all the time?

No, why? Do
you need to go outside?

Walking around naked all the time is highly over-rated.

Hey! What're you doing in my water bowl?

Orp, Turns out he's not speaking to me at the moment; something to do with not taking him to lunch with me this afternoon.
Now he's in the laundry room sulking, and growls every time I try to get clothes outta the dryer.
Guess he gets dinner and a movie tomorrow night ...

Does he like Dogsters? They're doggy ice creams, in case you've never heard of them. Our dogs LOVE them and they always forgive us for taking them to the vet if they get Dogsters after. ;)

I need to look for those dogsters, do they come in butter pecan?
Luke's never been to the vet. There's a GP north of Walhalla I take him to, who thinks Luke is my son.

Ivan, que papa?
Claro. En sueños, mi perro habla, y dice palabras. Por ejemplo, él no goza los mismos programas de la TV que gozo.
(Era una broma, todos :-)
